Madagascar Centella Toning Toner

A lightweight, purifying toner formulated with 84% Centella Asiatica extract sourced from Madagascar. This high-quality extract effectively soothes and relieves irritated skin. After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or your palms.
