Returns & Refunds Policy – SKINMUST
Thank you for shopping at SKINMUST! We want you to love your skincare purchases. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help with a simple, clear returns process.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following requirements:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories such as spatulas or application tools
- Show no signs of use or damage, including the outer packaging
Please note: We do not accept returns on international orders.
How to Make a Return

Request approval by emailing us at info@skinmust.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

- Order number
- Item name(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Once approved, return the item within 14 days using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Keep your tracking receipt as proof.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Important:
- Items that don’t meet return criteria or arrive damaged will not be refunded.
- Returns shipped after the 14-day window may be declined.
- Lost returns during shipping are not eligible for a refund.
- If your return is rejected, the item will not be sent back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at info@skinmust.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the issue and keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
We’ll work quickly to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
