Returns & Refunds Policy – SKINMUST

Thank you for shopping at SKINMUST! We want you to love your skincare purchases. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help with a simple, clear returns process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following requirements:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories such as spatulas or application tools
  • Show no signs of use or damage, including the outer packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns on international orders.


How to Make a Return

  1. Request approval by emailing us at info@skinmust.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Please include:
    • Order number
    • Item name(s) for return
    • Reason for return
  1. Once approved, return the item within 14 days using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Keep your tracking receipt as proof.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Important:

  • Items that don’t meet return criteria or arrive damaged will not be refunded.
  • Returns shipped after the 14-day window may be declined.
  • Lost returns during shipping are not eligible for a refund.
  • If your return is rejected, the item will not be sent back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@skinmust.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the issue and keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

We’ll work quickly to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
