Shipping Information – UK & EU Delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from our London-based warehouse with tracked delivery options across the UK and Europe.
UK Delivery (including Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey)
Free UK Shipping:
- FREE Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): on orders over £30
- FREE Express Delivery (1–2 working days): on orders over £80
Orders under £30:
- £3.99 – Standard Tracked (2–4 working days)
- £4.99 – Express Tracked (1–2 working days)
Note: Delivery is Monday to Saturday. Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.
Europe Delivery (Tracked Shipping to EU Countries)
Free EU Shipping:
- FREE Standard Tracked Delivery (2–11 working days): on orders over €100
Orders under €100:
- €12.99 – Standard Tracked Delivery (2–11 working days)
Customs & Import Duties
- EU Customers: No customs fees for orders under €150 (total before any discounts).
- We are not responsible for any customs or import charges outside the UK.
Please check your local import rules before placing an order.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for all reshipment fees.
- Unclaimed/Rejected Parcels: If your parcel is returned because it wasn’t collected or was refused, all shipping and return fees will be charged to the customer.
